Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in compensation or HR, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under supervision while handling data-driven tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of compensation, HR, or related experience.
• Knowledge of compensation fundamentals, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports compensation programs administration, including salary structures, incentives, and pay policies.
• Assists with compensation reviews of base pay, incentives, and other pay elements.
• Performs job analysis, evaluation, classification, and market pricing with guidance.
• Performs routine analyses to support internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Prepares data, reports, and documents for review by senior compensation professionals.
• Responds to compensation queries from internal stakeholders within guidelines.
• Supports non-cash rewards programs through data analysis and administration.
• Assists with compensation projects and completes tasks within deadlines.
• Demonstrates understanding of governance, controls, and regulatory considerations.
