Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst to design, manage, and automate global compensation initiatives. You will model data in Excel/Sheets, drive cyclical reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Based in San Mateo, CA with hybrid work, you will communicate insights to senior leadership and build dashboards to ensure data integrity across Workday and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology, compensation, consulting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR and compensation experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with analyses and automated models.
• Knowledge of compensation industry trends and developments.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Workday; experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, plan, and manage compensation programs and processes.
• Lead development and implementation of global compensation programs, incl. bi-annual cycles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process improvements.
• Implement compensation systems to support cyclical cycles.
• Create communications for senior leadership on priorities and findings.
• Refine Excel models for compensation analysis and inform business decisions.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrity across systems.
