Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology, compensation, consulting, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and compensation experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with analytical modeling.
• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience with SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, planning and project management of compensation programs, policies and processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of global compensation programs, especially bi-annual review cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation or re-engineering opportunities.
• Implement compensation systems to support cyclical compensation cycles.
• Create materials to communicate priorities and findings to senior management.
• Develop and refine Excel models for compensation analysis.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data integrity checks.
• Streamline processes via Workday, Zendesk, Jira and other internal systems.
