The Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, Human Resources Staff, oversees HR policies and pay programs across 94 U.S. Attorneys' offices and administers distinct pay systems for Assistant U.S. Attorneys and staff.

The Senior HR Specialist, Compensation Program Manager leads pay policy programs, provides expert guidance, develops SOPs, trains leadership and staff nationwide, and ensures compliant interpretation of pay regulations across GS and AD plans.

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience at GS-13 level in pay systems.
• Experience crafting compensation policies and SOPs for GS/AD pay plans.
• Ability to train HR practitioners and management on pay authorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the pay and compensation policy program for EOUSA and USAOs nationwide.
• Develop and implement pay policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Advise senior leadership on complex pay and compensation issues.
• Provide expert guidance on interpreting pay regulations across GS and AD pay systems.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in applying pay regulations agency-wide.
