Job summary

The Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, Human Resources Staff oversees HR policies and programs across 94 U.S. Attorneys' offices, providing technical guidance on delegated personnel authorities and pay systems for staff and assistants.

To qualify, you must show at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-13, including guidance on GS and AD pay plans and the ability to train HR practitioners and management officials on compensation authorities and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-13 level in federal service or equivalent in public/private sector.
• Experience guiding GS and AD pay systems, including pay setting, retention, locality, and special rates.
• Ability to design and deliver training to HR practitioners and managers on compensation authorities and pay policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation policies and SOPs covering GS and AD pay plans.
• Design and deliver training on pay-setting requirements across GS/AD systems.
