Marvin seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing-focused HR & Talent Management team. You will design, analyze, and administer competitive pay programs across production, engineering, sales, and corporate roles.

You’ll manage market pricing, salary structure design, incentive modeling, pay equity, and governance, while supporting merit cycles and data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing compensation programs at scale.
