The role partners with the Director, Total Rewards and the global People & Culture team to attract and retain top talent.

You'll work to create competitive total rewards programs, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with IT on system enhancements while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Experience leading internal and external market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including model-building and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner to the People & Culture and leadership on hiring, promotions, and compensation programs.
• Manage the global compensation architecture and salary structures.
• Conduct research, data modeling, and trend analyses to drive decisions.
• Develop and deliver compensation training for recruiters and managers.
• Provide recommendations for AI-enabled compensation tools.
