Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a seasoned Compensation Manager to serve as the organization’s compensation SME and strategic advisor. You will design, govern, and continuously improve compensation and recognition programs across the health system, reporting to the Director of Total Rewards.

You will lead base pay structures, market analysis, job evaluation, incentive plans, and related policies while collaborating with HR, Finance, and organizational leaders to deliver scalable, equitable compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
CCP designation required; SHRM/HRCI preferred.
7+ years of progressive compensation experience in market pricing, salary structure, and analysis.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with HRIS/compensation tech; Workday/JDXpert/Payfactors preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation and recognition programs across the health system.
Manage day-to-day compensation function and provide leadership to HR partners and leaders.
Translate market intelligence and workforce analytics into competitive, equitable, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Finance, and leaders to establish methodologies and governance.
