Qualifications
- 10+ years in compensation with salary administration focus.
- Experience advising senior leaders on pay decisions and trade-offs.
- Analytical with advanced Excel and data interpretation capabilities.
- CCP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's compensation function, including salary administration frameworks, policies, and governance.
- Partner with senior leadership and external consultant on compensation decisions.
- Oversee salary structure development, job mapping, pay positioning, and range management.
- Lead annual salary review process and calibration across the firm.
- Support bonus administration and ensure alignment to total compensation programs.
- Mentor compensation analysts and build team capabilities.
