Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Compensation to lead analysis, market pricing, and pay recommendations across the organization. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay programs and strong governance.

In this pivotal role, you will manage base pay structures, participate in annual compensation processes, and support pay equity reviews while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience with market pricing and salary administration.
• Experience supporting broad-based compensation in a complex organization.
• Experience using compensation surveys and market data to support pay decisions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, salary structures, and annual processes.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, transfers, and other decisions.
• Evaluate positions and assist with job leveling and salary range recommendations.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, and incentive programs.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions with HR and TA, and prepare reports for leaders.
