Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation
• Experience in leading compensation strategy development and governance
• Strong knowledge of equity programs, benchmarking, and market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable actions for leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Patreon’s compensation strategy
• Oversee benchmarking and market analyses to keep compensation competitive
• Manage equity program design, spend, and employee education
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition for governance and compliance
• Provide insights through dashboards and reports to leadership
• Coach and develop compensation team members
