Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
• Experience with Workday Advance Compensation and compensation planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's market intelligence and benchmarking across functions, ensuring accurate data.
• Design, build, and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and geographic differentials.
• Lead end-to-end Workday Advance Compensation project planning, launch, and improvements.
• Advise HR Business Partners on offers, promotions, internal equity, and pay decisions.
• Ensure compliance with pay equity regulations and develop compensation guidelines.
