Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst/Consultant to design, implement, and administer scalable compensation programs. You will partner with People, Finance, and Payroll to ensure equity and alignment with global markets and company growth.

Responsibilities include market data analysis, pay-band maintenance, non-exempt policy design, and overseeing annual merit and equity cycles, with an emphasis on compliant, transparent processes across domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or finance; master's or CCP/GRP a plus.
• 5+ years designing compensation programs, including non-exempt workforce.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of pay bands, equity plans, and benchmarking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into leadership insights.
• Familiarity with compensation software (Pave) and HRIS like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support total rewards design aligned with company goals and benchmarks.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, and Payroll to handle offers, promotions, and pay questions.
• Own recurring compensation programs and annual merit/equity cycles.
• Design and maintain policies for non-exempt/hourly workers, including shift pay.
• Manage benchmarking data, pay bands, and equity documentation.
• Monitor program effectiveness and stay current with compensation trends.
