Selective is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the development, installation, and administration of compensation programs at our Short Hills, NJ location. You will evaluate hourly, salaried, and management roles and participate in annual salary planning, ensuring equity across internal positions and external market standings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and evaluates internal positions; compares to external surveys to maintain equity.
• Updates salary structures and develops annual guidelines.
• Leads the annual compensation process; maintains data and reports.
• Performs compensation surveys and analyzes market data and trends.
• Maintains job descriptions and ensures accuracy for compliance.
• Develops and distributes quarterly turnover and incentive reports.
• Keeps compensation plans and policies updated with regulatory requirements.
• Identifies compensation opportunities and recommends solutions.
• Delivers compensation training.
