Job summary

Polyglass USA, Inc. seeks a compensation analytics professional to support the Compensation Manager. You will develop analytics, dashboards and reports to advance compensation strategy for the Polyglass business across North America.

Key responsibilities include benchmarking, leveling, budgeting support, market analysis from ERI and surveys, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The role involves collaboration with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Finance, Data Management or related field.
• CCP certification strongly desired; ERI/WorldatWork coursework preferred.
• Expert level Excel skills (index/match, power queries, pivots).
• Experience with HR systems including HCM/HRIS (Oracle, ADP).
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP/WFN) and data management.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and reports to support compensation benchmarking, leveling, grading, budgets and ranges for ~700 employees in North America.
• Develop processes for compensation activities including data transfer, internal mobility, and audit readiness.
• Support budgets and headcount data management; provide data for offers and hiring decisions.
• Analyze markets using ERI, salary surveys and other sources; evaluate roles for proper compensation and alignment with market trends.
• Maintain complex data and reporting across sources (spreadsheets, HCM, payroll); assist with audits of HR data.
• Prepare presentations for Executive teams and Global/department audiences.
• Support HR systems management, including onboarding/tools and training.
• Provide data support for bonus and merit processes and cost modeling.
