Frontline Source Group is assisting a client in Dallas, TX in their search for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on developing and administering compensation programs to support growth and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, compensation expertise, and the ability to partner with HR leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of compensation methodologies and market pricing.
• Experience with market benchmarking and internal equity analyses.
• Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation market analyses and salary benchmarking.
• Partner with HR and leadership to evaluate needs and provide recommendations.
• Support annual compensation cycles including merit increases and salary adjustments.
• Evaluate requests and set salary ranges based on market data and internal equity.
• Participate in compensation surveys, data collection, validation, submission and analysis.
• Support job evaluations, classifications, salary structures, and job architecture initiatives.
• Analyze compensation implications of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for leadership.
• Utilize Workday and other compensation systems to maintain data integrity and enhance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including wage/hour and pay transparency.
• Assist with compensation audits, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to improve compensation processes and support organizational effectiveness initiatives.
