Job summary

Advocate Health, a nonprofit integrated health system, seeks a compensation professional to support administration of compensation programs, annual cycles, market pricing reviews, and incentive processes. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology, and leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will use Advanced Excel, Workday, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze pay equity, market competitiveness, trends, and workforce movement, reporting findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business or related field with five years of progressive compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel, Workday, compensation administration tools, and strong communication and analytical skills.
• Use Workday, Snowflake, Power BI, and governed HR datasets to gather, analyze, and report compensation data.
