Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in compensation analysis or related role.
• Ability to analyze data and explain findings clearly.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex compensation analysis and modeling.
