  • Research and analyze market data and related data points to support compensation recommendations and business decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical tools that clearly communicate findings to Compensation, Partner Resources, and business partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally to respond to compensation data requests, partner assessments, job and position requests, and other client needs.
  • Review compensation practices and program administration for alignment with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Support job family reviews, survey participation, and compensation program or process improvements.
Requirements

  • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to conduct complex data analysis and explain key findings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy when working with sensitive compensation data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve moderately complex issues.

  • 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, student loan management resources, and access to other educational opportunities.
  • backup care and DACA reimbursement.
  • Starbucks will comply with any applicable state and local laws regarding employee leave benefits, including, but not limited to providing time off pursuant to the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, and in accordance with its plans and policies. This list is subject to change depending on collective bargaining in locations where partners have a certified bargaining representative.
  • vacation accrual: *If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
