Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Compensation Analysis, or Workforce Analytics.
• Advanced NetSuite, Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables), and Power BI skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compensation, bonus, incentive, and workforce planning models.
• Analyze compensation trends, labor costs, and headcount metrics to support business decisions.
• Partner with Finance and HR leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation and workforce analytics reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into compensation, labor costs, and organizational performance.
• Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets from NetSuite and other business systems.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Evaluate compensation programs and provide recommendations based on market and internal data.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data integrity across Finance and HR functions.
• Present analysis and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
