Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Analyst to lead enterprise reporting and governance across a Wealth Management ecosystem. You will ensure data integrity, design scalable models, and partner with IT, Operations, and Finance to deliver executive insights.

The role requires strong data modeling, reconciliation, and reporting architecture expertise, with hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL across complex data flows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data management ( Wealth Management or Financial Services preferred).
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, Power Query, PivotTables).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, relational data, normalization).
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling & Architecture—design scalable data models for enterprise reporting across KPI, AUM/AUA, revenue, and advisor performance metrics.
  • Define and standardize data structures, relationships, and hierarchies across reporting systems.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure optimal data pipelines and reporting architecture.
  • Data Integrity & Governance—establish and enforce governance standards, including lineage and validation.
  • Lead reconciliation of data across custodians, clearing firms, CRM, and portfolio accounting to ensure accuracy.
  • Document data sources, transformations, and reporting logic for transparency and auditability.
  • Reporting & Analytics—develop and enhance enterprise reporting frameworks for KPIs, AUM/AUA, revenue, and data governance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel data models, or similar platforms.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting with clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Insights & Decision Support—analyze financial and operational trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Drive reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration—serve as liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Enterprise Data Analyst to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise reporting across a complex Wealth Management ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, consistency, and transparency across multiple reporting systems while enabling actionable insights for executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modeling, data reconciliation, and reporting architecture, along with a strong understanding of data flows across custodians, clearing firms, portfolio accounting platforms, and CRM systems. This role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and data stakeholders to standardize reporting and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Modeling & Architecture Design and maintain scalable data models to support enterprise reporting across KPI, AUM/AUA, revenue, and advisor performance metrics
  • Define and standardize data structures, relationships, and hierarchies across multiple reporting systems
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure optimal data pipelines and reporting architecture
  • Data Integrity & Governance Establish and enforce data governance standards, including definitions, lineage, and validation processes
  • Lead reconciliation of data across multiple systems (custodians, clearing firms, CRM, portfolio accounting) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, proactively improving data quality and controls
  • Document data sources, transformations, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and auditability
  • Reporting & Analytics Develop and enhance enterprise reporting frameworks for KPIs, AUM/AUA, revenue, net flows, business performance, and data governance
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel data models, or similar platforms
  • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting outputs to ensure consistency across business units and leadership reporting
  • Deliver both recurring and ad hoc reporting with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Insights & Decision Support Analyze financial and operational trends (e.g., net new assets, retention, revenue growth) to generate actionable insights
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations and business actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Support enterprise initiatives (e.g., platform transitions, mergers, reporting transformations) by aligning data and reporting requirements
  • Drive adoption of standardized reporting practices across the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data management (preferably in Wealth Management or Financial Services)
