Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Apply for the Senior Manager, Data Analytics role at Integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships with business teams (Sales, Finance, IT) to identify opportunities for value‑added engagement and recommend appropriate analytic solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering fact‑based insights and actionable recommendations that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Translate business needs into analytic designs, including BI solutions, business analysis, and advanced analytics approaches.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence tools, executive dashboards, and self‑service reporting aligned with human‑centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics teams to prioritize initiatives, define requirements, manage resources, and ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery of analytic products.
  • Drive advanced analytics initiatives such as machine learning, forecasting, experimentation, and data mining to uncover trends and improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements across all analytic solutions.
  • Quantify and communicate the financial impact of analytics projects, partnering through implementation to ensure measurable value.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the analytics function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative discipline; Master’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data science or related fields, specifically functioning in a leadership or business advisory/consulting role
  • 3+ years of understanding data warehousing concepts, with hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI or other relevant tools/technologies
  • 2+ years leading direct or indirect technical teams in the design and development of analytical solutions, products and services
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on translating data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to map out end‑to‑end projects/processes
  • Understanding of P&L drivers, with capabilities in summarizing large amounts of data in ways that influence business decision making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to non‑technical stakeholders and leadership
  • Comfortable operating in white space and embracing change
