Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Compartmented Access Control Officer in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) to support IC customers in McLean, VA. You will manage compartmented information access requests, conduct security reviews, and help shape personnel security programs.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a BA or higher with extensive relevant experience, and a proven ability to communicate with government and contractor personnel.

Qualifications

• BA degree plus 12–15 years of relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a CAP or SAP control officer within the IC or DOW.
• Familiarity with SCI security procedures and information/security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for compartmented information access requests and security reviews of access packages.
• Organize and review access requests and document actions in IT systems and databases; communicate with requestors.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate security programs to meet mission requirements related to personnel security.
