Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Helpdesk / Access Manager to support TS/SCI w/ CI Poly requirements at Fort Belvoir. You will manage advanced M3 access processes, train military personnel, and advise on PKI and clearance verification activities.

Ideal candidates will have DoD/IC communication experience, ability to draft clear briefing slides, and demonstrated operational access management expertise.

Qualifications

• 4 years demonstrated advanced experience with the M3, such as profile management or validating access to system Communities of Interest.
• Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences and with access management operations (PKI Trusted Agent activities or verifying security clearance in JPAS or Scattered Castles or validating access using need-to-know applications).
• Experience with complex security classification procedures/decisions including coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
• Understanding of organizational messaging in DoD or IC.
• Experience drafting briefing slides clearly articulating complex issues and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level helpdesk and access management support.
• Instruct and train military audiences on access procedures and tools.
• Support DoD/IC classification procedures and decision processes.
• Prepare briefing materials to communicate complex access and security topics.
