Job summary

Peraton seeks a subject matter expert in compartmented information access management to support an IC customer in McLean, VA. The role focuses on security program management, access controls, and policy guidance across sensitive information environments.

Responsibilities include developing processes for access requests, reviewing action entries in IT systems, and drafting SOPs. Candidates should have TS/SCI with Poly and strong IC/USG communication skills.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will assist an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in McLean, Virginia with subject matter expertise on compartmented information access management. This position requires extensive experience with compartmented information access control and security program management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and evaluate security programs to meet mission requirements related to personnel security programs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 2 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience as a CAP or SAP control officer within the IC or DOW.
• Familiarity with SCI security procedures, and information and personnel security principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices to resolve problems and develop guidance documents across a variety of circumstances and environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and senior leaders to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC and USG.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
