Papa, Inc. is looking for caring individuals to join as Papa Pals for part-time, flexible visits with older adults and families. No professional caregiving experience is required, and you set your own schedule, balancing other jobs, school, or personal commitments.

Visits include transportation, companionship, in-home support, and errands. Compensation earns up to $22/hr depending on type and location, with typical earnings ranging $13-$17/hr and possible bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license.
• Background check completed.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations.
• Offer non-medical companionship.
• Assist with light daily tasks and tidying.
• Run errands and accompany individuals on outings.
