Papa Inc. is expanding its network of Papa Pals in Alsip, IL, offering flexible, part-time visits for companionship and non-medical support to older adults and families. You choose visits and control your schedule, with no prior caregiving experience required.

As an independent contractor, you can earn up to $22 per hour, with typical earnings ranging from $13–$17 per hour depending on visit type and location. Must be 21+, have a valid U.S.

• Access to a reliable vehicle that meets platform requirements.

Responsibilities
