Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking caring individuals for flexible, meaningful part-time visits in the Berwyn area. As a Papa Pal, you choose when to visit and provide non-medical companionship, light support, and transportation to local destinations for older adults and families.

No professional caregiving experience is required. You must be 21+, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, pass a background check, and have access to a reliable vehicle with active auto insurance. Independent contractor status applies.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

• Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.

• In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
