Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking part-time Papa Pals to provide flexible, meaningful visits to older adults and families. You choose which visits to accept and when to work, without requiring prior caregiving experience.

This role emphasizes companionship and light non-medical support in the home and community. Compensation is hourly, with earnings up to $22 per hour depending on visit type and location, plus potential bonuses. Must be 21+, have a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations as part of visits.
• Offer non-medical companionship through conversation, activities, and engagement.
• Assist with light in-home tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep.
• Accompany individuals on errands and grocery runs.
