Typical earnings range from $13-$17/hr, with opportunities for bonuses. No professional caregiving experience required; background check and valid U.S. work authorization are needed, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to local destinations.
• Offer non-medical companionship: conversation, walks, games, or quality time.
• In-home light non-medical support with daily tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal prep.
• Accompany individuals on grocery runs and similar errands.
