Papa, Inc. is seeking friendly, caring individuals for flexible, part-time visits to provide companionship and light non-medical support to older adults and families.

As a Papa Pal, you choose when to work, with pay up to $22 per hour and typical earnings of $13–$17, plus bonuses. No prior caregiving required—just a desire to help and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Background check completed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009+), with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and accompany clients to local destinations.
• Offer non-medical companionship and conversation.
• Assist with light in-home tasks such as tidying, laundry, and meal prep.
• Run errands and accompany clients on shopping trips.
