The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing communities, a deep sense of memes and platform trends, and strong copywriting skills. Hybrid role—Lexington, KY preferred but open to Remote for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social communities for brands, agencies, or publishers.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, meme culture, and online subcultures.
• Exceptional copywriting for witty replies and brand banter.
• Proficiency in Google Slides for quick visual brainstorm decks.
• Experience with scheduling and listening tools for social media.

Responsibilities

• Craft on-brand, witty replies across TikTok, IG, Facebook, Threads and X.
• Monitor sentiment and flag crises early to the Senior Social Strategist.
• Own community management sections of brand playbooks.
• Flag emerging memes and trends daily for reactive content.
• Pitch content using the Cornett Opportunity Matrix with the team.
• Collaborate to turn cultural moments into content series and campaigns.
• Build monthly community response slides for client decks.
• Manage scheduling platforms and track assets across accounts.
• Spot brand advocates and monitor influencer engagement.
• Maintain master performance trackers and assist with weekly/quarterly reports.
