Fresh Content Society is seeking a full-time, remote Community Engagement Specialist in the United States to turn followers into loyal fans through proactive engagement, brand protection, and influencer identification around the clock.

You will monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across channels, triage issues per playbooks, seed conversations, tag and report sentiment, and contribute weekly insights and monthly reports.

Formación

• 2+ years in social community management or social customer care.
• Platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook.
• Calm, concise writing with strong brand risk judgment.
• Familiarity with Sprout or similar engagement suites.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor comments/DMs/mentions across channels and respond in brand voice.
• Triage customer service issues and escalate per playbooks.
• Proactively seed conversations and identify UGC/influencer opportunities.
• Tag, categorize, and report sentiment and themes to strategy and creative.
• Run social listening queries and contribute weekly insights and monthly reports.
