The role requires hands-on experience with short-form video content, strong copywriting, and a solid grasp of platform algorithms. A fast-paced, proactive environment awaits with opportunities to shape brand conversations across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in community management across multiple channels.
• Experience managing communities with 100k followers or larger.
• Experience with social listening and management tools.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with followers across social platforms with authentic responses.
• Develop and post social-first content (text, video, graphics) to drive engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow audiences via influencer collaborations and trend-driven content.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and brand sentiment to inform strategy.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Moderate discussions and handle sensitive conversations, escalating as needed.
• Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimize growth.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, and creative teams to align with campaigns.
