Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in CS, engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional software development experience or comparable projects.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages and development technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL concepts.
• Exposure to version control tools such as Git or GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of internal applications by coding to specs.
• Assist with enhancements, workflow improvements, and small projects.
• Support API, database, and backend service integration and maintenance.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and issue documentation to escalation.
• Assist data migration and organization from legacy systems to centralized apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve usability and workflows.
• Engage in code reviews and team learning on software practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for apps and processes.
• Support process improvements and automation under supervision.
