Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations and profitability of the Austin community. The role serves as the resident contact, is on-call, and covers budgeting, leasing, home sales, maintenance, and HR tasks.

You will lead a team, ensure policy compliance, and drive marketing and leasing strategies within the community. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, 4 years in property management (2 in supervision) and 6

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality or Business preferred.
• 4 years in property management, including 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Market homes and coordinate listing and sales documents for community.
• Resolve complaints promptly and maintain resident relations.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and accounting for expenses.
• Approve evictions per Sun policies and manage operating costs.
• Coordinate team selection, training, and policy compliance.
• Assist with marketing strategy development and leasing activity.
• Oversee lease renewals, rent increases, and move-in processes.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety regulations.
