Salary Range (Annual): $113,300–$154,500 annually, plus benefits. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.

The Senior Program Director provides strategic, operational, fiscal, and administrative leadership for assigned Family Bridges programs and services. Guided by the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Plan, this position oversees program operations, staff, budgets, compliance, quality improvement, grants and contracts, and community partnerships to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services and advance organizational performance. Program-specific requirements are addressed through a Program Addendum.
