Odevo US OPCO LLC is seeking a qualified Portfolio Manager in Orlando, FL to liaison between the client Folio Association Management and internal teams. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, prepare financials, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining professional relationships with the Board of Directors and vendors.

Requirements include a Florida CAM license, 3 years as a community property manager, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as Community Property Manager.
• Must have Florida CAM license.
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer service and supervisory capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including variances from budget.
• Maintain complete property files and records with documentation for future reference.
• Supervise on-site team members and ensure safety standards.
• Develop specifications and evaluate service needs and performance across maintenance and management.
• Coordinate with headquarters and prepare status reports on properties.
• Lead team meetings and manage vendor contracts and performance.
