Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) for the Longwood/Orlando, FL area. This full-time role oversees associations, collaborates with boards and vendors, and ensures service excellence while achieving company goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida CAM license, prior community management experience, and strong written/verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid Florida CAM license.
• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
