Job summary

You will prepare annual budgets, analyze monthly financial statements, supervise on-site teams, manage contracts, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as Community Property Manager or similar role.
• Florida CAM license is required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish in some locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage community operations and supervise on-site staff and service contracts.
• Prepare annual budgets for associations and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Maintain complete records and coordinate with HQ on procedures and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor management; ensure certificates of insurance and licenses are up to date.
