Homeowners Advantage is seeking a Portfolio Manager to liaise with clients, manage properties, and oversee association operations. The role emphasizes professional service, timely communication, and adherence to community guidelines, with a focus on supervisory duties and coordinating with boards and developers.

The position requires on-site management across properties, strong customer service and leadership skills, and flexibility to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as Community Property Manager.
• Must have a Florida CAM license.
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary coordinator to ensure contractual property management obligations are met.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and cash management.
