Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a senior living community in Mesa. You will manage occupancy, financial performance, and staff leadership to ensure high-quality resident services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, business, or related field, plus 2–4 years of management experience in retirement housing or health care. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two to four years of proven management experience in retirement housing, hospitality or health care.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the community.
• Manage occupancy and monthly financial performance.
• Maintain strong resident and staff relationships.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets with Director oversight.
• Ensure compliance with policies, licenses and regulations.
• Lead staff meetings and staff development initiatives.
