Job summary

Brookdale is seeking an experienced Community Leader to oversee daily operations of a large senior living community. This role focuses on resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on building a strong team and a high-quality resident experience.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of operational leadership experience. You will partner with sales to drive occupancy, maintain staffing levels, and ensure service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum three years related operational leadership experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment to manage budgets and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a senior living community with 60–175 units and multiple product lines.
• Develop and execute annual operating and capital budgets in line with company standards.
• Build relationships with management, staff, residents, and families to ensure high satisfaction and occupancy.
• Drive sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the community sales leader to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and licensing requirements.
