The position requires leadership experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to manage budgets, staff, and strategic initiatives in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; review performance against goals.
• Drive sales and occupancy growth in collaboration with district leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain associates; ensure staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
