KMG Prestige seeks a Community Manager for the Baltimore, MD property at St. James Terrace. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, managing daily operations, and leading site staff to achieve occupancy and budget goals.

You will handle resident concerns, rent collection, and community marketing while upholding the Do the Right Thing ethos and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Property management experience with HUD and LIHTC certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Budgeting experience.
• Customer service mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).
• DHCD familiarity helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community.
• Handle resident concerns and inquiries.
• Manage rent collection and financials.
• Market the community to attract residents.
• Lead the site staff and oversee on-site operations.
