BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, ensuring financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance standards are met while delivering excellent customer service.

You will analyze market trends, implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, manage repairs, supervise staff, and coordinate budgets with the regional team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience required.
• Strong communication skills and team leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic budgeting and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budget, performance reports and vendor management.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and preventive programs.
• Hire, train, supervise and mentor property staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
