Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, budgeting, marketing and leasing, maintenance, and staff supervision.
• Lead by example to foster positive resident relationships and high service standards.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, rent collections, vendor payments, and payroll reporting.
• Handle emergencies promptly and coordinate with the corporate office as needed.
• Develop strategies to improve residency and tenant retention.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain standards and compliance with goals.
• Address resident concerns promptly, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
• Supervise on-site personnel and support training and performance reviews.
• Assist in annual budgeting and audit lease files for accuracy.
