You will serve as the primary liaison with City partners, prepare reports, and present updates in meetings while supervising a team to maintain high service standards across communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files and certifications in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee occupancy and marketing to sustain vacancy targets.
• Prepare month-end financial reports and manage accounts receivable.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Address resident concerns professionally and foster community engagement.
• Design and manage resident programs and partnerships with City agencies.
