Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family property.

You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, CAM/ARM preferred, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC, and local ordinances.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for a multi-family property.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Monitor property financials and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Collaborate with ownership and regional supervisors as needed.
