Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Texas seeks a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing.

You will manage on-site staff, monitor property finances, generate income, control expenses, and submit reports timely while upholding HR and safety standards.

Relevant CAM/ARM certifications and 1-2 years of property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property.
• Generate and maximize property income while controlling expenses.
• Monitor, maintain and report on property financial statements and reports.
• Supervise and direct the on-site team and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC, and local laws.
• Collaborate with vendors, residents and owners as needed.
